Privacy Policy

This is a small law office's website, and its privacy practices are correspondingly simple. Here is exactly what happens with your information.

Effective date: July 2026

What this site collects

Only what you type into it. The contact and consultation-request forms ask for your name, contact details, the general practice area involved, when to reach you, and a brief description you choose to share. The guide-signup form asks only for an email address. Browsing the site itself requires no account and collects no personal information.

Where form submissions go

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted (TLS) connection to Formspree, a form-processing service, which delivers them by email to the office. This website itself stores nothing you submit; Formspree retains submissions in accordance with its own privacy policy and security practices. Please treat the forms as a way to start a conversation, not a place for confidential case detail: until an attorney-client relationship is established, send scheduling context, and save the sensitive particulars for the consultation itself.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It uses a single piece of local storage to remember your cookie-consent choice so the banner doesn't reappear on every visit. If analytics are ever added, they will load only after you've consented via the banner, and this policy will be updated to say so.

Payments

The Payment Portal page hands you off to LawPay, the firm's payment processor, which is responsible for card security under PCI standards. Card numbers are never entered into, seen by, logged by, or stored on this website.

Document signing

The firm sends engagement letters and similar documents for signature through SignNow. Documents you sign there are governed by SignNow's security practices and the firm's professional obligations of confidentiality.

What we don't do

  • No selling, renting, or sharing of your information for marketing — to anyone, ever.
  • No advertising trackers, remarketing pixels, or social media beacons.
  • No newsletter you didn't ask for. The guide signup sends the guide; that's the transaction.

A candid note about email

Ordinary email is convenient but not a highly secure channel. If your situation involves details you wouldn't want a spouse or household member to encounter — a shared computer, a monitored account, a safety concern — call the office at (863) 298-0606 instead of writing, and consider whether your devices are private before contacting any attorney electronically. For domestic-violence-related safety planning, see the note at the top of the injunctions page.

Your choices and questions

You may ask what information the office holds from your submissions, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted (subject to the record-keeping obligations that apply to law practices). For any privacy question about this site, call the office at (863) 298-0606 or write to 290 Cypress Gardens Blvd, Suite 10, Winter Haven, FL 33880.
